Since it is hard to describe a lot of my POP Pilates moves without photo or video, I decided to create a some super basic workouts for you to follow. I used some classic moves that everyone should know. If you don’t know ‘em, just google it.
Here are 3 workouts you can pick from!
WORKOUT 1: Three’s a Crowd Workout
4 sets of:
25 pushups - on knees or toes
50 lunges - each leg walking forward counts as 1
25 situps - place your feet under something heaving to keep them from lifting off the floor, like underneath your couch
WORKOUT 2: Leaning out the Abs Workout
5 sets of:
20 air jacks - jump up like a star!
20 jumping jacks - you know this
20 leg lifts - keep knees bent if you’re a beginner
20 Russian Twists - make sure you’re pronating your shoulders, not just moving your arms side to side
WORKOUT 3 - Trim & Toned Workout
3 sets of:
20 situps - don’t pull on your neck
20 mountain climbers - go as fast as you can
20 tricep dips - elbows back!
20 air jacks - go as high as you can!
20 pushups - knees or toes
20 lunges - squeeze your butt with each move
